Privacy notice
This notice explains how Fitappdailyworkout handles personal data you send through this website and through the membership app. It is written for people in Singapore and for anyone who contacts the studio from elsewhere. Last updated 2026.
Who we are
The organisation responsible for this site is Fitappdailyworkout, 52 Bukit Pasoh Road, #03-01, Singapore 089854. You can reach us at [email protected] or +65 6324 7819. Studio desk hours are Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00 (SGT). The site is hosted in Singapore.
This notice does not use registration numbers of any kind. It is written in plain language in the spirit of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, e-mail address, the topic you selected, the message you typed, a consent tick, and, if you chose to give it, a telephone number. We also collect the time the form was generated, which we use only to slow automated submissions, and a hidden field that should stay empty.
If you join, the intake form adds twelve answers about your week, your training space, equipment, past injuries, and what you would like to be able to do in three months. Membership then holds a log of sessions, loads, and short notes you type about how the work felt. We do not ask for identity card numbers, medical record numbers, or payment card details on this website. Card payments, when you take a paid plan, are handled by the payment provider on their own page.
Why we use it
We use contact-form details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry about the intake, a session, billing, or another studio matter you described. We may telephone you if you left a number and the question is faster by voice. We do not sell the list. We do not trade it. We do not use it to build advertising audiences. We do not add anyone to a mailing list from this form.
Intake answers and the training log are used to write and adjust your plan. Health notes in those answers are treated as sensitive in the ordinary sense: fewer eyes, stored with the plan, used to choose movements and swaps. We are not your clinic and we do not open a medical file through this site.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form records for twelve months from the day you sent them, then we delete them. If you ask us to delete sooner, we do. If you become a member, the intake and the log stay for as long as the membership is open, and for twelve months after it ends, so we can answer a billing question or restore an archive if you return. After that they are deleted, unless a legal claim requires a copy until that claim ends.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold, and you can ask us to correct a name or an e-mail. Send the request to [email protected] or call +65 6324 7819. Tell us the e-mail you used and the approximate date. We will need to satisfy ourselves that we are speaking to the right person before we release anything. We aim to respond within thirty days.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry or, after membership ends, the remaining plan file. Deletion does not unwind a reply we already sent, and it cannot erase a copy that may sit in an e-mail backup for a short technical period, after which it rotates out.
Cookies, maps, fonts and hosting
This website sets a first-party cookie named fdw_cookie if you accept or decline the banner, so we can remember that choice for 180 days. Details live on the Cookies page. We do not run analytics or advertising tags.
Type is loaded from Google Fonts. The contact page includes a map iframe served by Google Maps without an API key on this site. Those services may process technical data under their own terms. You can read the address and skip the map if you prefer. Hosting is in Singapore. E-mail in transit may pass across networks we do not control; that is the nature of e-mail.
Children
The service is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this form. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the page and the year at the top. The new wording applies to new enquiries. It does not rewrite the purpose of data you already sent.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact us first so we can fix it. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore. We would rather hear from you at [email protected].
