This page describes the small amount of cookie use on fitappdailyworkout.pro. There is no analytics product and no advertising pixel on this site. Last updated 2026.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a short text file a site stores in your browser so that a choice or a session can be remembered on a later visit. Some cookies are set by the site you are reading (first-party). Others may be set by a service embedded on the page (third-party), such as a map.
What this site uses
We set one first-party cookie named fdw_cookie. It stores whether you chose Accept or Decline on the cookie bar. It lasts 180 days (15,552,000 seconds) and is sent with the SameSite=Lax attribute. It does not contain your name, e-mail, or form message. The same choice is also stored in local storage in your browser so the bar stays hidden on this device if cookies are blocked.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. That request goes to an external domain. Google Maps is embedded as a keyless iframe on the contact page. The maps service may set its own cookies, which we do not read. We do not load advertising networks, social pixels, or analytics tags.

Accept and decline
Choosing Accept or Decline both hide the bar and record that you have seen the notice. Choosing Accept does not switch tracking on, because there is none to switch on. Fonts still load because they are part of the page. The map still loads if you open the contact page. Decline records the same choice cookie so we do not ask again on every visit.
How to withdraw the choice
Use the button below. It deletes the fdw_cookie cookie and the local storage copy, then reloads this page. The bar will show again until you choose Accept or Decline.
How to clear cookies in your browser
You can also delete cookies from the browser itself. In most desktop browsers, open Settings, then Privacy or Cookies, and remove stored data for fitappdailyworkout.pro. On iOS and Android, site data is cleared from the browser’s site settings. Clearing all cookies will also remove other sites’ cookies on that browser. After a clear, this site will show the cookie bar again.
