FAQ
Questions people actually send
These twelve come from the contact form and from the first weeks of the 2026 intake. The answers are the ones we send back, written in the same language as the sessions. If your question is not here, the desk still reads the form.
I have never trained with weights. Is this too advanced?
No. The intake asks what you already do, and the first fortnight is written from that. Loaded work uses whatever you have, including bodyweight, and every movement has a simpler swap. We would rather start slightly under than send you a session you cannot finish in the room you have.
How much equipment do I really need?
A floor and twenty to thirty-five minutes is enough to begin. Bands, a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell widen the library. If you already use a condo gym or an outdoor loop, we write to that. You will not be asked to buy a rack for a Tuesday evening in a flat.
What happens if I miss three days?
You open the next session. We do not stack the missed work onto a single morning, and we do not send a notice about a broken run of days. At the weekly read we look at what you actually logged. If three days off is becoming a pattern, the next seven days come down in load before they get clever.
Can I do this in a condo gym at peak hour?
Yes. Peak-hour sessions assume a crowded floor, short waits, and kit that may be taken. The swap list holds a version that uses a pair of dumbbells and a mat, which is what most condo gyms still have at 19:30. If the room is impossible that evening, Quiet Floor is the flat version of the same day.
I run four times a week already. Does the plan fit around that?
Tell us the running days on the intake. We place loaded work and hard conditioners on the other days, and we keep the run days as mobility or easy sessions so you are not doing Dawn Loop the morning after a long outing. We do not try to rewrite your running. We write around it.
I have an old knee injury. Will you work around it?
We will plan around what you describe, and around any limits a physiotherapist or doctor has already set. That is movement choice. It is not treatment. Fitappdailyworkout is a general fitness service and does not provide medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting if you have an injury or a health condition.
Do you give diet plans?
No. We may add a short, general note about eating enough to train, because a session of this length still needs fuel. Anything more detailed is a different profession. We do not sell supplements and we do not comment on meal photographs.
How long until I notice something?
Most people tell us the first change is that the week has a shape: a session is waiting, and the lighter week is already named. Strength and ease in a movement take longer, and they depend on sleep, the room, and whether the plan was followed. We do not give a date or a number for a body change. The three-month question on the intake is about a task you would like to be able to do, such as a flight of stairs without stopping, and we write towards that.
Can two people share one membership?
No. One account is one person, because the weekly read is written from one log. Two people in a household can train in the same room from two accounts. The library sessions are the same; the adjustments are not.
Does it work offline on a flight?
Yes, once the next fourteen days have been opened or cached on the phone. The session page and the timer stay available without a signal. Logging a set will sync when you are back on the network. The browser version needs a connection the first time; after that, pages you have already opened may still be in the device cache, but the phone app is the reliable offline copy.
What do you do with the information in the intake form?
We use it to write your first fortnight and the weekly reads that follow. Health notes stay with the plan and are read by the people at the desk. They are not published. We keep enquiry and intake records as described in the privacy notice, and you can ask for a copy or for deletion. We do not sell the list or use it for advertising.
The intake is full. What does the waiting list mean in practice?
It means we will not take payment until a place is free. You receive a date, or an honest note that this month is closed, and we write when a space opens. The list is ordered by the day you asked. Following up does not move you forward, and it does not move you back.
Still unanswered?
