One session a day, written by hand

Fitappdailyworkout is a small studio in Bukit Pasoh. Every morning we publish one session of twenty to thirty-five minutes, written for the space and equipment our members actually have: a flat, a condo gym, a stairwell, a quiet corner of a park.

We open a limited intake because each plan is read and adjusted by a person. When the intake is full, the waiting list is the honest answer.

Opened in Singapore in 2026. First fourteen days open, no card required.

Session on a phone

Daily work

What you get each day

The app is quiet on purpose. There is a session, a way to swap movements, and a weekly note from the studio. That is the whole loop.

Session

The session

A warm-up, a main block and a wind-down, laid out move by move with timings, rest and a short note on what the block is for. Nothing is generated on the fly.

Swaps

The swap list

Every movement carries two alternatives: one for no equipment, one for a loaded gym. Change it in the app and the timings stay intact.

Weekly

A weekly read

Once a week we look at what you logged and adjust the next seven days. If you have been travelling or sleeping badly, the load comes down before you ask.

Place

Built for the way Singapore trains

Bukit Pasoh · 2026

Heat and humidity shape the clock. Sessions are written for early morning and later evening, with rests that assume you will actually need them. Midday outdoor work is the exception, and when it appears it is short.

Weekday evenings often mean a crowded condo gym or a living-room strip of floor. We keep the noisy jumps out of the default plans because HDB floors carry sound. If you train in a 24-hour gym, or you prefer a loop along the Rail Corridor or Fort Canning, the swap list already holds those versions.

A session should fit the room you are standing in. If it needs a squat rack at 19:30 on a Tuesday, it is the wrong session.

Library

A week in the library

Thirty-six sessions sit in the library. They are written one at a time and reused with care. Here are four that show the range of a typical week.

Floor work with dumbbells

Load

Loaded work

Bells, bars or a pair of dumbbells. The point is posture under a modest weight, held for enough sets that you notice it the next morning.

22–30 min · minimal kit

Quiet room

Mobility

Floor mobility

Long holds through hips, ankles and thoracic spine. Written for the end of a desk day, when a hard session would be the wrong medicine.

18–22 min · mat

Phone and watch outdoors

Conditioning

Easy outdoor work

A loop you already know, broken by short lifts in effort. Built for the hour before the heat arrives, with walking recoveries that are part of the session.

20–32 min · outdoors

Studio workspace

Recovery

A quieter day

Breathing, long stretches and a short walk. Scheduled when sleep has been thin or the previous block ran heavy, rather than left for you to invent.

Craft

How a plan is made

A plan is a fortnight written on paper, then typed, then walked through on the studio floor. The cycle is slow on purpose.

  1. Intake form

Twelve questions about your week, your space, past injuries and what you would like to be able to do in three months.

  2. First draft

We write fourteen days by hand and send them with a short note explaining the shape of the fortnight.

  3. Two weeks in

You tell us what felt heavy, rushed or dull. We rewrite rather than nudge a slider.

  4. Steady rhythm

From then on the plan moves in four-week blocks, with a lighter week built in rather than improvised.

App

Inside the app

The same plan appears on the phone and in the browser. You can work from either. The session itself is a page you can read without a signal once it has been opened.

  • Sessions stored for offline use, including on a flight.
  • A timer with spoken cues for rest and the next movement.
  • A log for loads, repetitions and how the work felt.
  • A calendar that shows the next four weeks, including the lighter week.
  • Export to Apple Health and Google Fit for the days you want a record elsewhere.

iOS 15 and Android 10 upwards. The browser version keeps the same plan.

Questions

Three questions we are asked first

Short answers here. The longer set lives on the questions page, including equipment, missed days and how the waiting list actually works.

I have never trained with weights. Is this too advanced?

No. The intake asks what you already do, and the first fortnight is written from that. Loaded work uses whatever you have, including bodyweight, and every movement has a simpler swap. We would rather start slightly under than send you a session you cannot finish in the room you have.

How much equipment do I really need?

A floor and twenty to thirty-five minutes is enough to begin. Bands, a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell widen the library. If you already use a condo gym or an outdoor loop, we write to that. You will not be asked to buy a rack for a Tuesday evening in a flat.

The intake is full. What does the waiting list mean in practice?

It means we will not take payment until a place is free. You receive a date, or an honest note that this month is closed, and we write when a space opens. The list is ordered by the day you asked.
